Documenting My Process
Target Audience
Commuters who are currently students and young working adults who do not own a vehicle in Singapore. They use the EZ-Link app for their daily transport needs like topping up of EZ-Link card balance, tracking of daily transport deductions and monitoring of their EZ-Link card balance.
User Flows
After pinpoint the target audiences, their different user flows are analysed to understand their common user habits.
